Rain, IPL and a kutcheri...

As a south Bangalorean, I had been waiting for an opportunity to perform in the centre of town. The call to perform at the Odukattur Mutt in Ulsoor, was a wish come true. In my excitement, I forgot to have my usual case of nerves prior to a big concert. Then the week before the concert the early monsoons threatened to drown Bangalore. And the Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings decided to make my big night, their big night as well.
