My new program विवर्तन | Vivartana - The Search for Meaning in Uncertain Times debuts at The Bangalore International Center on Monday 13th June 2022 6:30 pm.
The last two years since the onset of the pandemic musicians have struggled with dearth of livelihood and performances. It also had many reflect on how the art has been a way to cope with the turmoil and been much more than a performance art form. What is an individual’s role in society? How do we as individual contribute to our communities and how do communities in turn impact the world? Vivartana is a musical presentation that addresses these questions and quandaries and explores the search for solutions offered by poets philosophers politicians and sants in the last two millennia.
